This assembly is compiled from the following certified sources: the personal testimony of Dr. Sela Imani Mares, given before the Ninth Archive Court over four sessions and sealed at her request until release of the corrected family communications; the mission record of the ICSEV Meridian, kept and certified by O. Pell, recording officer, witness before record; the Witness Archive of the Calyx Reach survivors, master copy, carried under rites-traffic privilege by A. Saye, signal rites; documents recovered from Station CYX-31B/2, chain of custody unbroken; and the proceedings in Quill v. ICSE, by leave of the petitioners.

The exclusion schedule of the Witness Archive governs this assembly as it governed the archive. Where the assembly is silent, the silence is certified: every absence is accounted for, severally, with reasons. Nothing is missing. Some things are kept.

The Court notes that two records cited herein remain open by their keepers’ instruction, and are to stay open: QUILL, M.E. — RELEASE FILE — INCOMPLETE; and one interval, reserved, not to be filled. Disposition of both: permanent.
