Not every required mobile use case was covered by the new design system yet. Designers needed support translating existing work into it, and feature teams needed reusable components and clearer guidance to avoid one-off solutions.
Solution
I extended the system to cover real mobile use cases, paired designers with migration guidance, and shipped reusable components with usage rules — keeping delivery moving while consistency climbed.
